15th anniversary of VN-Estonia diplomatic tie establishing congratulated

VNGOVNet – On the occasion of the 15th anniversary (Feb. 20, 1992-Feb. 20, 2007) of the establishment of the diplomatic relationship between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Republic of Estonia, Deputy PM, Foreign Minister Phạm Gia Khiêm sent on February 20 a congratulatory message to Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet.
