Two more confirmed having coronavirus, total rises to 94

VGP – The Ministry of Health has confirmed two more Vietnamese infected with COVID-19, raising the tally to 94, of whom 17 have fully recovered.

The 93rd patient is male student, aged 20, returning from Hungary. He landed at Noi Bai International Airport on March 18 on flight SU290.

He was confirmed having the virus on March 21 by the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology.

Meanwhile, the 94th patient is a 64-year-old woman from the northern province of Bac Giang. She flew to the Czech Republic to visit her daughter from February 29 and returned to Noi Bai International Airport on March 18 on the same flight as the aforesaid patient.

The pair are being treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ha Noi’s Dong Anh District and their health conditions been reportedly stable.
