Leaders extend congratulations to Mozambican counterparts

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc cabled a congratulatory message to Mr. Carlos Agostinho do Rosário upon his re-election as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Mozambique.

National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan telegraphed a message of greetings to Ms. Esperança Bias who has been elected as Speaker of Mozambique’s Assembly.

The occasion, Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent his congratulations to Ms. Verónica Nataniel Macamo Dlhovo upon her election as the Mozambican Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
