VN congratulates South Sudan on its Independence Day

VGP - On January 9, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee and President Nguyen Phu Trong sent a congratulatory message to President of the Republic of South Sudan Salva Kiir Mayardit on the occasion of South Sudan’s ninth Independence Day.
