VN, France to cooperate in public notary

VGP - Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyễn Đức Chính and Honorary President Jean-Paul Decorps of the Superior Council of the French Notary (SCFN) yesterday signed an agreement on cooperative in public notary in 2009.

Accordingly, a training workshop will be held in Việt Nam soon for lecturers training Vietnamese notaries.
With regard to law, the SCFN will assist Vietnamese notaries in studying the French notary environment.
Will arrange a tour for Vietnamese professionals to survey the operation of provincial and regional notary councils and associations in France.
It will sponsor €15,000 for the Ministry of Justice to make a report on economic and technical conditions for the transfer of notary software.

Earlier, Minister of Justice Hà Hùng Cường had received Mr. Jean-Paul Decorps. They exchanged views on issues of common concern in notary field.
