VN, Russia to convene 22nd Inter-governmental Committee Session

VGP – The 22nd session of the Viet Nam-Russia Inter-governmental Committee for Economic-Commercial and Scientific-Technological Cooperation will take place in Viet nam from October 27-30, the Vietnamese Foreign Ministry announced Wednesday.
