Deputy PM Binh to visit Singapore

VGP - Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh will pay an official visit to Singapore from September 22-24 at the invitation of the Government of the Republic of Singapore, the Vietnamese Foreign Affairs announced Friday.
