VGP – Deputy Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son will pay an official visit to Mexico from September 17-18 and co-chair the 5th political consultation between Viet Nam and Cuba from September 19-21, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Le Thi Thu Hang told a room of reporters Thursday.
