Leaders extend condolences over death of former Indonesian President

VGP – Party General Secretary, State President Nguyen Phu Trong and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc have extended condolences to President Joko Widodo over the death of former Indonesian President Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie.

On the occasion, Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled a message of condolences to Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi.

Habibie, who was Indonesia’s 3^rd President, died at the age of 83 at Jakarta’s Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital on September 11./.
