Saudi Arabia attaches importance to the relationship with Viet Nam, said Saud F.M Al Suwelim, adding that during his tenure in Viet Nam, he will make efforts in promoting the two nations’ relationship in all fields, including trade and investment. 

He said that he held working sessions with some Vietnamese ministries and agencies to enhance cooperation in health and trade, referring to more opportunities for the two sides’ enterprises for boosting trade and investment. 

For his part, PM Phuc expected that the Ambassador will coordinate with Viet Nam’s functional agencies to accelerate the bilateral cooperation in the upcoming time. 

He suggested the two sides support each other at multi-lateral forums, highlighting the important meaning of the next year as Viet Nam will become the Chair of ASEAN and Saudi Arabia will take over the G20 Presidency. 

The Vietnamese leader expressed his hope that the two sides will do their utmost to promote bilateral and multilateral relationship.
