Enterprise registration fees to be reduced since September

VGP – Fees for enterprise registration will decrease since September 20, 2019, according to the recently issued Circular No. 47/2019/TT-BTC regulating levels and regimes of collection, payment and use of fees for provision of corporate information and enterprise registration fees.

Accordingly, level of fees for issuance, reissuance and change of information inscribed on enterprise registration certificate and registration certificate for the operation of branches, representative offices and business locations is VND50,000/activity performed.

The fees for issuance, reissuance and change of information inscribed on enterprise registration certificate witness an increase of 50% compared to the previous ones since September 20 this year.

Levels of fees for publication of information about enterprise registration is lessened from VND300,000/activity performed at present to VND100,000 per one.

The Circular defines five subjects which are exempted from fees including:

1-Enterprises supplementing and changing information due to administrative boundaries change will be exempted from enterprise registration fees and fees for publication of information about enterprise registration.

2-Enterprises registering for dissolution, temporarily stopping operation, ending operation of branches and representative offices and business locations will be exempted from enterprise registration fees.

3-Enterprises launching online enterprise registration will be exempted from enterprise registration fees.

4-State agencies requiring providing information serving for State management will be exempted from fees for publication of information about enterprise registration.

5- Small and medium-sized enterprises converted from household business will be exempted from enterprise registration fees and fees for publication of information about enterprise registration for the first time.
