Two Deputy Public Security Ministers named

Major General Luong Tam Quang, Chief of the Ministry of Public Security's Office was assigned as Deputy Minister of Public Security. 

Major General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Director of the Investigation Police Department of Crimes of Corruption, Economy, and Smuggling, was appointed as Deputy Minister of Public Security.
