Defense Minister to attend ADMM in Bangkok

VGP – General Ngo Xuan Lich, Minister of National Defense will lead a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the 13th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM) in Bangkok, Thailand from July 9-12.
