Deputy PM, FM Minh to visit Cuba, US next week

VGP - Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh will make official visits to Cuba and the U.S. from May 19-25 at the invitations of Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, respectively.
