First Overseas Vietnamese Economic Forum to be held in Incheon

The event is co-organized by the Business Association of Overseas Vietnamese and the Vietnamese Business Association in the RoK (VIBAK) with support from the Foreign Ministry of Viet Nam and the Vietnamese Embassy in the RoK.

A number of activities such as exhibitions, trade promotion and technology transfer will be held within the framework of the event with a view to promoting trade, exchanges, connectivity and forming network between domestic and overseas Vietnamese enterprises with the RoK’s firms. 

As many as 300 Vietnamese businessmen and hundreds of Korean partners will attend the exhibition, which includes more than 100 booths from participating firms. 

Enterprises operating in fields of agriculture, tourism, service, high tech, imports-exports and finance will join trade promotion activities and economic seminars. 

President of the VIBAK Trai Hai Linh said that the forum also heads to introduce projects and connect potential investors with domestic enterprises as well as creates an opportunity for enhancing exchanges with top professionals and corporation from the RoK.
