Gov’t chief arrives in Beijing for 2nd BRF

The PM was welcomed by Chinese Ambassador to Viet Nam Xiong Bo and Vietnamese Ambassador to China Dang Minh Khoi.   

As scheduled, PM Phuc will meet with Chinese leaders and CEOs, and visit the staff of the Vietnamese Embassy and overseas Vietnamese in China.  

The Vietnamese leader will attend the opening ceremony of the forum and meet with heads of participating countries.  

Under the theme “Belt and Road Cooperation: Shaping a brighter shared future," the second BRF is expected to welcome more than 5,000 delegates from 90 international organizations and 190 nations.  

On April 25, China will hold 12 thematic forums focusing on practical cooperation and for the first time a conference organized specifically for the business community.

The second BRF includes a series of events, such as leaders' round table, high-level meeting, thematic forum, CEO conference, under the theme of Belt and Road cooperation shaping a brighter shared future./.
