VN invests nearly US$150 million overseas

VGP – Viet Nam invested US$149.5 million in 23 nations and territories over the first four months of 2019, according to the statistics of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

In the first four months of 2019, Viet Nam’s overseas investment mainly focuses on science and technology with US$81.7 million, making up 54.7%.

As many as 44 projects invested by Vietnamese investors were granted with investment certificates, worth nearly US$96 million while nine projects were added US$53.5 million in capital. 

Spain takes the lead among 23 nations and territories receiving Viet Nam’s investment, accounting for 40%.
