10 legal documents issued in March

VGP – The Government and the PM issued 10 legal documents in March, including seven Decrees and three Decisions, according to the press conference of the Ministry of Justice.

Decree No. 24/2019/NĐ-CP dated March 5, 2019 on amendments and supplements to Decree No. 19/2011/NĐ-CP, elaborates certain articles of the Law on child adoption.

Decree No. 26/2019/NĐ-CP details regulations a number of articles and measures to enforce fisheries law. It includes nine chapters and 75 articles.

Decree No. 29/2019/NĐ-CP dated March 20, 2019 providing guidelines for implementation of Clause 3 Article 54 of the Labor Code on licensing outsourcing, deposit payment, land list of permissible outsourced jobs consist of five chapters and 29 articles.

Decree No. 30/2019/NĐ-CP amends and supplements some articles of Decree No. 99/2015/NĐ-CP dated October 20, 2015, on guidelines for the Law on Housing.

Decision No. 14/2019/QĐ-TTg dated March 13, 2019 defines the building, management and exploitation of law bookcases.

Decision No. 15/2019/QĐ-TTg dated March 28, 2019 stipulates the realization of e-border procedures at border gates monitored by the Ministry of Defense. The decision includes six chapters and 22 articles.

Decision No. 16/2019/QĐ-TTg dated March 28, 2019 apply vehicle emission standards and fuel quality roadmap for imported used cars.
