Leader congratulates Kim Jong Un upon re-election as head of DPRK State Commission
VGP – Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong on April 13 sent a message of congratulations to Chairman of the Workers’ Party of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong-un on his re-election as Chairman of the State Affairs Commission.

Kim was re-elected as the Chairman of the State Affairs Commission, the nation’s highest organ of state power, at the first session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) of the DPRK on April 11.
In his policy speech at the first session of the 14th SPA, Kim stressed that “modeling the whole society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is the supreme programme of our Party and the government of the Republic and the general orientation and goal in socialist state-building,” according to the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
