Da Nang destined for fireworks festival in June

VGP – Under the theme: “Stories-telling rivers,” the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2019 will take place from June 1-7 with five nights entitled “Origin”, “Seed”, “Love”, “Colors” and “Going out to Sea.”

The Da Nang municipal People’s Committee convened a press conference on the coming event on March 19.

The opening ceremony will be held on June 1 with the first competition between Vietnamese and Russian teams followed by Brazil and Belgium on June 8, Finland and Italy on June 15, the UK and China on June 22.

The best two teams will compete in the finale night on July 6.

Each team will bring different stories of rivers via fireworks and music performances.

A street festival is scheduled for May 26 – July 7 along Bach Dang street./.
