Gov’t issues monthly resolution for February

These tasks were stipulated in the Government’s regular meeting resolution for February. 

Under the resolution, the Government requested that every Government members, ministers, ministerial-level and local leaders to drastically implement Resolution 01/NQ-CP and Resolution 02/NQ-CP, action plans to fulfil socio-economic development norms for 2019. 

The Government tasked the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry nd Trade, and the State Bank of Viet Nam to supervise domestic and international economic development; consolidate macro-economic foundation; control inflation; and strengthen resistant capacity of the domestic economy; speed up growth in a comprehensive and sustainable manner. 

Every ministry, sector, and locality was asked to timely remove difficulties; vigorously perfect the investment environment; facilitate production and business. 

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development takes prime responsibility for working with relevant ministries, agencies, and localities to prevent the outbreaks of African swine fever; restructure paddy purchasing.  

The Government tasked the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism to work with localities to tighten management of festivals and hold tourism promotion conferences./.
