Leaders congratulate Mauritius on Independence Day

VGP – Party General Secretary, State President Nguyen Phu Trong conveyed a congratulatory message to Barlen Vyapoory, Acting President of the Republic of Mauritius, on the occasion of his country's Independence Day, which is marked on March 12.
