Hà Nội hastens prevention of A/H1N1 outbreaks
VGP - The Hà Nội People’s Committee has asked the municipal Department of Education and Training to take urgent measures to prevent the outbreaks of swine flu A/H1N1 when the new school-year is coming.

The educational establishments were required to prepare for facilities, equipment and medicines so that they are capable of snuffing out the epidemic.
The People’s Committee asked these establishments to clean up their facilities before the approaching new school year starts.
It required the Municipal Preventive Medicine Center and all district-level healthcare centers to dispatch their practitioners to educational establishments in order to early detect and supervise suspected-cases of A/H1N1 infection and prevent the disease from spreading to the community.
Preventive measures should be disseminated more strongly by agencies, local broadcasting stations and mass media.
