VN extends condolences to Cuba over recent tornado

VGP - Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh on February 2 sent a message of condolences to Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parilla over the serious damage caused by a recent tornado.

The powerful tornado passed through the Cuban capital of Havana on January 27, killing at least three people and left 172 injured.

The tornado also caused severe damage to the city’s infrastructure.
