Vietnamese citizens offered five-year visa by RoK

VGP – Permanent residents of three cities, namely Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang City will be granted with multi-entry visa valid for up to five years to the Republic of Korea (RoK), according to an announcement of the RoK’s Ministry of Justice.

Besides, the RoK will also offer multiple-entry visas valid for ten years for Vietnamese lawyers, doctors and university lecturers, who have not committed a crime or violated immigration law, such as staying illegally or getting jobs without valid work permits.

The number of Vietnamese visitors to the RoK reached 440,000 ones in 2018, making Viet Nam just second after Thailand.
