VN, Cuba vow to double trade value in next four years

The two leaders agreed to continue effective operation of the current cooperation mechanisms, especially the Inter-Governmental Committee, between the two countries in a bid to foster the bilateral cooperation.

The pair agreed to organize the 36^th meeting of the Inter-Governmental Committee at the end of this year and increase delegation exchanges to share socioeconomic development experience.

They agreed to task ministries and agencies of the two sides to facilitate business investment in such new domains like telecommunication, energy, construction material production, biotechnology, pharmacy and others.

The Cuban President invited PM Phuc to pay an official visit to Cuba and the latter gladly accepted the invitation./.
