Project on flood prevention in Sài Gòn River assessed by the MARD

VNGOVNet – Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) and suggestions of the ministries of Planning and Investment, and Finance, the Prime Minister gave opinion on the assessment and approval of the Project of Flood Prevention in Sài Gòn River Lower Section using the loans from the French Development Agency (AFD).

The PM agreed to assign the MARD to assess, approve and make decision on the Project.

The MARD was entrusted to implement the Project in line with the set regulations and be full responsible for the effectiveness.
