In his speech,  Auditor General of the State Audit Office of Viet Nam (SAV) Ho Duc Phoc said it is an honour for him to assume the chairmanship of ASOSAI in the 2018-2021 term, noting that it is also the pride of the SAV as well as the Vietnamese people.

"It’s necessary for us to learn from lessons and experiences gained in the past while putting forward new ideas and approaches to improve work efficiency. Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) are urged to realize ASOSAI Visions. The State Audit Office of Viet Nam will do its best to keep up the good work from its predecessors, to make ASOSAI a standard model in SAI community. I also hope to cooperate well with ASOSAI’s new Secretary General to complete all tasks set for the next 3 years. I’m looking forward to getting your support in addressing all problems in a world that is getting more and more complicated, as well as the challenges of the 4thIndustrial Revolution.", said Mr. Phoc.
