Congratulations on National Day of Russia

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang on June 12 extended his greetings to Russian President V. Putin on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the National Day of the Russian Federation.

Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh also cabled a congratulatory message to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
