The population size of the Chu Lai Open EZ is forecast to increase by 550,000-600,000 until 2035 from more than 128,000 at present, while the EZ’s land area for industrial construction is expected to reach 5,000 hectares.

According to the decision, the planning should be mapped out within 12 months since the approval of the planning task.
