The Mexican leader made that statement while receiving a letter of credentials presented by Vietnamese Ambassador to Mexico Nguyen Hoai Duong in Mexico City on May 7.

The President expressed his hope that the Vietnamese Ambassador will have a successful working tenure in Mexico.

For his part, Mr. Duong confirmed that he will do his utmost to foster the friendship and multi-faceted collaboration between the two nations.

He expected that the multi-faceted cooperation will be enhanced more intensively for the two sides’ friendship, cooperation and prosperity, especially after the meeting between the Presidents of the two countries within the framework of the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week in Viet Nam’s Da Nang City in November 2017 and the signing and ratification of the CPTPP.
