VN offers condolences over military air crash in Algeria

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang on April 13 cabled a message of condolences to his Algerian counterpart Abdelaziz Bouteflika over a recent military plane crash which caused hundreds of deaths.

A military plane carrying soldiers and their families crashed soon after takeoff in northern Algeria on April 11, killing 257 people in what appears to be the worst plane crash in the north African country's history.
