Viettel attends Mobile World Congress

The Vietnamese delegation led by Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Pham Hong Hai visited the pavilion after the opening ceremony.

Vietel aims to approach new customers and seek suppliers of high quality services at reasonable prices to reduce investment and production costs in Viet Nam and foreign markets such as Laos, Cambodia, Mozambique, Myanmar and Peru.

Viettel also introduced solutions that provide protection for mobile users against malicious attacks, overcharges, junk messages, missing devices, or leaked information.

Viettel is currently serving 100 million customers, including 35 million abroad in nine markets. It is among the world’s top 30 telecoms companies in terms of number of customers.

MWC has drawn the participation of 85 leading companies in the telecommunication industry.
