Vietnamese, Chinese Party chiefs exchange New Year greetings

VGP – Vietnamese Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and President Xi Jinping exchanged New Year Letters as the two countries are preparing for the upcoming Lunar New Year Festival.
