State President hails Chinese Ambassador’s contributions to VN-China relations

Speaking at the meeting, the State President highly valued active and effective contributions of the Ambassador to promote Viet Nam-China Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership over the recent years. 

The enhancement of the two nations’ relationship is the responsibility and objective requirements, which is suitable for their people’s fundamental and long-term benefits, benefiting peace, stability and development in the region and the world, he said. 

The State President proposed that in the future, the two nations should maintain high-ranking delegation exchanges and meetings, continue strengthening political trust between the two Parties and nations, improve the effectiveness of cooperative mechanisms, enhance people-to-people exchanges as well as address disputes and maintain long-term peace and sustainability on the East Sea. 

He expected that the Ambassador will make more contribution to accelerating the two nations’ relations in the upcoming time. 

The Chinese Party, State and people attach importance to the relationship with Viet Nam, asserted the Ambassador, affirming to deepen the traditional relationship and expand cooperation for mutual benefits.
