VN Int’l Travel Mart to be held

This event will boost the tourism industry in Viet Nam as many businesses will partake to sell, show, and create awareness for their products.

Furthermore many different activities will be held, ranging from traditional dance and Vietnamese cuisine to tourism workshop and seminars. 

Vice president of the VITA Vu The Binh said online tourism around the world is being driven by developments in science and technology and Vietnamese tourism cannot be an outsider. It must harness modern technologies in order to help visitors review and choose services easily.

At this year’s event, businesses will showcase a range of technological products suitable for tourism to encourage travel agents to employ such technologies, said Mr Binh. The organizing board hopes to use the fair to prove that the tourism sector can be a pioneering area in the roll out of state-of-art technologies, he added.

This year, the VITM Ha Noi 2018 is expected to attract around 650 businesses from 18 countries and territories, as well as from 43 provinces and cities nationwide.
