Red Sunday collects over 42,000 units of blood

VGP – Over 42,000 units of blood were collected from volunteers in the 10th Red Sunday Blood Donation Campaign.

In Ha Noi, the Central Military Hospital 108 and the Military Technique Academy jointly hosted a program with the participation of over 650 students, lecturers, and soldiers to donate blood for the national blood bank.

Earlier, the Ha Noi University of Science and Technology held a program on January 21-22 to collect 2,397 units of blood from volunteers.

So far, HCMC was the leading provider of blood with over 15,000 units.

The program will last until February, 2018./.
