VN calls for constructive, pragmatic actions for Korean Peninsula

VGP – Viet Nam welcomes and supports measures related to the situation on the Korean Peninsula in order to accelerate dialogues, maintain peace and stability in the region, said Vietnamese Foreign Ministry’s Spokesperson Le Thi Thu Hang.

Hang made the above statement in response to reporters’ queries on Viet Nam’s reaction to recent moves aimed at resuming dialogues between the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea.

Viet Nam calls on parties to continue constructive and pragmatic actions to contribute to the maintenance of peace, security and stability in the region and the world, she said.
