Outgoing Indonesian Consul General bids farewell to HCM City

Outgoing Consul General of Indonesia in Ho Chi Minh City Jean Anes (L) came to bid farewell to Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong (R)

At the reception, Mr. Jean Anes expressed his gratitude towards the city leaders for helping him to accomplish his mission of  promoting the partnership between Ho Chi Minh City and Indonesian localities in multiple areas.

He vowed to do his utmost to further bolster the Viet Nam-Indonesia relationship. 

Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Nguyen Thanh Phong said he highly appreciates efforts of Consul General Anes during his term of office to enhance Indonesia’s relations with Viet Nam, including the southern metropolis.

Mr. Phong hoped that the diplomat will continue nurturing the bilateral ties on his new position.
