Int’l firework competition to be held in Da Nang

Themed “The legend of bridges”, the event is expected to feature spectacular performances by seven international teams from Poland, France, the U.S., Italy, Hong Kong, Sweden, Portugal and the host country of Viet Nam , who won numerous awards at other international fireworks display competitions. 

Many sideline activities will be held during the event, including a food festival, decorative lighting, a flower boat parade and beach sports.

This year marked an important hallmark in the international-level competition as DIFC was renamed as DIFF with eight international teams attending.

Held for the first time in 2008, the Da Nang International Fireworks Competition (DIFC) has become an annual important cultural and tourism event, contributing to boost cultural exchanges and woo many foreign tourists to Da Nang City and Viet Nam as well.
