DPM to attend Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Foreign Ministers' Meeting

VGP – Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh will attend the 3rd Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Foreign Ministers' Meeting from December 14 to December 16 in Dali, southwestern China's Yunnan province.
