The minister said he hoped the cooperation activities between the two countries will open up opportunities not only in education but also in various fields for mutual benefits.
In turn, Hai said he was glad to see growing relations between Viet Nam and Ireland. More Irish companies have invested in Viet Nam while many Vietnamese students have studied in Ireland.
The official thanked the Irish government and people for their assistance to Viet Nam over the years, especially in poverty reduction, education-training, rural development, energy, and electricity.
The Irish community in Viet Nam has made many contributions to the host’s society, he said.
