Congratulations on National Day of Angola

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang on November 10 cabled a message of congratulations to Angolan President Joao Manuel Goncalves Lourenco on the 42nd anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Angola (November 11, 1975).
