Congratulations on establishment of VN-Pakistan diplomatic ties

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang on November 8 cabled a message of congratulations to Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Viet Nam and Pakistan.
