Gov’t issue 14 legal documents in September

Decree No. 104/2017/ND-CP dated September 14, 2017 of the Government defines penalties for administrative violations against regulations disaster preparedness, operation and protection of hydraulic structures and flood control systems.

The Decree stipulates administrative violations, sanction forms and measures to overcome consequences of administrative violations against regulations disaster preparedness, operation and protection of hydraulic structures and flood control systems.

Decree 105/2017/ND-CP on wine business which is listed among conditional business lines.

Accordingly, organizations and individuals producing industrial or home-made wine for business purposes; wine wholesalers, retailers are obliged to get business licenses.

Wine for domestic consumption or export must be attached with labels excluding home-made ones which are produced for enterprises for businesses.

Decree 108/2017/ND-CP on fertilizer management contains regulations on recognizing, testing, producing, trading, exporting, importing, quality management, labeling, advertising, and using fertilizers in Viet Nam.

The decree’s most-notable improvement is that it clearly identifies the agricultural ministry as the sole responsible agency for fertilizer management, instead of two ministries, agriculture and industry and trade, as earlier.

Decree No. 109/2017/ND-CP defines on protection and management of world’s cultural and natural heritages in Viet Nam.

The Decree is expected to enhance the capacity of authorized agencies on protecting and managing world’s heritages in the country.

Decision No. 41/2017/QD-TTg dated September 15, 2017 of the PM stipulates on procedures for transfer of state-funded electricity works to the Viet Nam Electricity Group (EVN).
