Condolences over passing of former Malaysian King

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang on September 12 extended a message of condolences to Malaysian King Sultan Muhammad V over the passing of Sultan of Kedah State and former King of Malaysia Sultan Abdul HalimMu’adzam Shah.
