VN Medi Pharm Expo opens in HCM City

VGP - The Viet Nam Medi Pharm Expo 2017 is taking place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre in HCM City.

The expo is co-organised by the ministries of health and industry and trade, Vinexad and the HCM City Medical Equipment Association.

The event drew the participation of 250 businesses showcasing their products at 350 booths. Those include giant corporations and leading global companies from 22 countries and territories such as the US, Germany, Italy, France, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan, Iran, Turkey, the Republic of Korea, Japan, mainland China, India, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Pakistan and Thailand.

The three-day event showcase medical equipment, health care products, pharmaceuticals, food supplements, cosmetics, processing equipment and dental facilities, and others.

In addition, several workshops will be held on the sidelines of the expo on the domestic medical market and relevant regulations.

The annual Viet Nam Medi Pharm held in HCM City since the year 2000, the expo is designed to promote trade activities in pharmacy and medical equipment. The exhibition is a platform for advanced medical technologies and equipment companies from around the world to access local pharmacy companies, in which Viet Nam has advantage to initiate exchanges.
