Deputy PM, FM Minh to visit Japan

VGP – Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh will pay an official visit to Japan and co-chair the 9th meeting of the Viet Nam-Japan Cooperation Committee from May 8-10, the Vietnamese Foreign Ministry announced Friday.
