PM arrives in Cambodia for official tour

VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his Spouse arrived at the Po Chen Tong International Airport in Phnom Penh this afternoon, beginning his two-day official visit to Cambodia at the invitation of his Cambodian counterpart Hun Sen.

PM begins tour to Cambodia

He was welcomed by Cambodian Minister of Tourism Thong Khon, leaders of the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Vietnamese Ambassador to Cambodia Thach Du and overseas Vietnamese nationals in Cambodia.

During his visit, PM Phuc is expected to met with Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni and hold talks with PM Hun Sen to discuss on bilateral ties and regional and international issues of common concerns.

He will also meet with Senate President Samdech Say Chhum and Speaker of the National Assembly Samdech Heng Samrin.

Viet Nam and Cambodia established diplomatic ties on June 24, 1967./.
