Seven scientific and technical fields opened for individuals

VGP - The Government chief recently made public a list of fields for individuals to establish organizations specializing in scientific and technological research.

Since September 15, individuals can establish scientific and technological research and development organizations operating in natural sciences, social sciences, humanities, technologies, medicine and pharmacy, agriculture, and technical and technological services.

Organizers of those units will have to be responsible for all activities in conformity with the current laws and other legal regulations.
The Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) is in charge of providing necessary instructions and procedures for operations of individual-founded organizations.

The PM also ordered the MoST to work with local People's Committees to supervise and manage operations of these organizations in an increasingly effective way.
